Excellent Small Claims Settlement

Last year my car was rear-ended and deemed totaled. Since there were no eye-witnesses, the man responsible was able to sell a fraudulent story to his insurance company who then refused to cover me for my losses. Kevin reviewed the photos I took and the police report and after finding everything to... be be in direct conflict with the driver's story we sued for the totaled value of my car. Within a week of our court hearing, the insurance company reluctantly settled awarding us 90% of my car's totaled value and 100% of incurred court filing fees. I would definitely recommend Kevin Buttery for all of your legal needs!
