My story: After I remarried, I told my Ex-wife I will be fighting for custody for my two daughters. It did not take her too long to come up with a devious plan. She accused me of everything she could think of, and I ended up with 15 charges of indecent acts with a minor and a rape charge. I thought ...my world was breaking apart. I could not understand how she could do such a thing, and moreover, I could not understand how she got my kids to tell all those lies. I did not want to rely solely on my Area Defense Counsel’s (ADC) help, so I contacted several different lawyers close-by. I was looking for someone who had prior military experience and knows the military legal system. Someone I can meet up with and talk to face to face, who would listen to me, who would believe in me and give me mutual trust, and someone who I can afford. This may sound silly, under those circumstances, but I’m enlisted we don’t make that much money. I had several lawyers telling me their price and after I said I cannot afford that, they asked me the question what I think my life is worth. I answered: Everything I have. My Court Martial was 4 months later, and it lasted 4 days. Those were the most horrific days in my life. I already had in the back of my mind that I will be sentenced to jail. When the jury came out and found me not guilty of all charges, all of my prayers had been answered. I know I would not be here right now, if it wasn’t for Ken David. He believed in me from day one, and he was fighting for me in that court room. I wish I could hire him as my lawyer in the state of Virginia to fight for my rights as a father. I had a pretty rough patch full of accusations that were false and Mr. David helped smash through all the lies and cleared my name and allowed my family and I to move on with our lives. Mr David came into this case on my request and was always straight forward and honest with me with what he thoug...ht was the proper route to take. I was charged Assault, Assault on a female, and unlawful entry and went to an Article 32. Mr. David cross examined the prosecutions witnesses and was able to show that the accuser had lied and embellished her story. He was able to get the first 2 charges immediately thrown out. My command then decided to push the matter and another charge of drunk and disorderly was then added on. I was offered a summery court marshal that I would have to plead guilty to and be discharged with an Other then Honorable. Mr. David said that was not a good deal and that he was confident if I took this to a Special court marshal that we could beat the charges still pending. Mr. David was a magician at the trial and uncovered the truth quickly and even had the prosecutions witnesses admitting the truth of the matter and was able to get me a NOT GUILTY on all charges. I owe this man my live and will never be able to repay him for his help. I would recommend that anyone that has a case that looks like there is no hope to call on this man. He is top rate. Any lawyer that goes head to head with this man need beware!

To be brief, I was facing some serious charges, not to mention life altering prison time and sexual offender registration. I was accused of multiple indecent acts with a minor. Despite the fact that there was no evidence and an ever changing story by the accuser the JAG was ready to hang me out to ...dry. I was appointed an Area Defense Council. Due to the nature of the charges I had to wait over a year for my article 32 hearing. During this time my ADC changed three different times. I was frustrated by this so i contacted Mr. David. I found Ken David by Gods Graces. I sought out Ken's expertise about two weeks before my Article 32. Although, 2 weeks is nearly enough time to prepare for a case Ken took my case and was able to prepare as if he had it for 6 months. I went into the Article 32 with 4 charges (False Official Statem...ent and Indecent assault with 3 specifications) and was able to get 1 specification dropped and was granted several expert witnesses to assist in our case. We then went to a motions hearing were Ken was able to get the False Official Statement dropped. We went to trial with 1 charge that had two specifications. With Kens' extensive preparation he 's was able to put on a great cross of the prosecutions' witnesses. He was able to put on an outstanding, case changing, expert witness in our defense. I believe Ken did a great job finding our expert witnesses and their testimony was highly influential in our outcome. I will say that Ken's out of court work ethic is far superior than most lawyers. I can say that because my JAG that I was provided, who is also a Federal Public Defender with 2 decades of trial experience, distinctively noted the preparation Ken did for this case was the best he had ever seen. Although his out of the court room work ethic is unmatched he is just as aggressive in the court room. As an enlisted member being tried in front of a commissioned officer judge, at first I felt Ken lacked respect and was kind of a cowboy. I quickly realized that since he was a civilian he could play by a different set of rules so to speak. He quickly gained the respect of not only me but the judge and both counsels. As far as price and payment, you can't find a more affordable flexible lawyer than Ken. I strongly strongly recommend Ken David. He gave me my life back!!!!
