Needing to have a signed attorney's release to access some very old pharmaceutical records from an insurance company and lacking prior experience dealing with an attorney, I was more than a little wary. I was pleasantly surprised, however. She was prompt and professional in answering my calls and ...emails, even though I was requesting services as a general practice attorney, not in one of the fields in which she specializes. She also was patient and explained the process of hiring and paying for an attorney in a clear an concise manner, which helped alleviate my discomfort. It took perhaps five days to have a fee agreement signed and her side of the work completed, from the day I first called her firm's office. It took very little time after that for the records to arrive, and much of that wait was on the insurance company processing the records request. As far as first interactions with an attorney go, this was an excellent one. All the more impressive given I was involving her with an insurance company, which with I have heard many friends share horror stories of getting even the most basic of legal issues resolved. I highly recommend her, especially to anyone who also lacks experience with attorneys. She is professional and patient, which are traits very well suited to providing legal services to those who have not needed them before and have little experience in such matters.
