We hired Kathy about three years ago when we were buying our first home. We were surprised at how much work was required to actually buy a house. From getting a mortgage, to looking for the house, doing inspections etc. It really was a stressful time for us. We worked with many individuals during tha...t process and I have to say Kathy was by far the most professional and thorough of all the people we had to deal with. Not only did she do what was required of her as an attorney, but she also made sure other aspects of the transaction were done and ready, so that there would be no surprises when the time came to close. Also, during the actual closing she was the only person that treated the closing, not as a simple formality but took the time to actually explain a lot of the documents and nuances to us. I know a lot of attorneys don't do that because they have been to thousands of closings before and they want to get everything done and leave as quickly as possible. Kathy understood that we have never done this before and she took the time and extra effort to make sure we understood everything we were signing. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease. She was also very friendly and responsive to all of our phone calls and emails. Highly recommended.

For me as a first time home buyer, Ms. Bojczuk exceeded my expectations. She explain everything to me in language I could understand and made the most helpful recommendations, showing her extensive knowledge of the law and procedures. She guided me carefully (and caringly) through an extremely troub...led closing, marred by seller's illness and technology breakdowns. Ms. Bojczuk treated me like a person, not a case, and I so greatly appreciated her efforts that I will now retain her as my lawyer in other matters.

She always responded to my emails and phone calls in timely manner, kept me informed every step of the way. She used her time efficiently and proceeded effectively. The fee was reasonable for the positive outcome I received. She made this very difficult time of my life more expeditious and graceful. I’m very pleased with her service and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
