I used Kathryn two years ago for an incorporation, which was my first. She made a few errors, and when I brought them up she was highly confrontational, and started yelling in an attempt to intimidate me. Her billing practices are vague and she overcharges - she is more of a business than a lawyer. S...he creates situations where she can charge more. The lawyer I used for our second business ended up costing a quarter as much, and didn't have as many problems. While she has a good reputation, in talking to others behind closed doors, many of her peers feel that she overcharges just to make a buck.
