Kate was brought in late in the negotiation of a family LLC separation agreement/buyout that was not amicable to say the least. Our original attorney was going to be traveling at around the time we expected to finalize things and he didn't want to cause a delay. Kate was very caring, very professio...nal and very dedicated to ensuring my husband and I received a fair and equitable settlement. A purchase price had already been pretty much established but Kate executed final negotiation of the hostile termination of my husband's employment with the LLC by my family members, as well as the removal of very restrictive non-complete language that would have crippled my husbands ability to find work in his profession. We are very, very pleased with Kate and are glad to provide an excellent rating for her. She was absolutely awesome.
