Katie was super helpful in my name and gender marker change and informed me of everything I needed to complete, where I needed to turn it in, and what we were going to do next. The MyCase website was also helpful in case you forgot anything. She answered everything in a timely manner and gave helpful... advice of what to do after the court case. If I ever had a question, I knew she would give me an answer that would clear any confusion I had.
