Katherine Fossey

When I found the need for an attorney for my pending divorce in 2006, Katherine Fossey was recommended to me. This turned into one of, if not the best referral I have ever received. Katherine was very thorough in her research of issues that arose and in all materials that came from my case. It was ve...ry obvious that she cared for me and the outcome of my case. The opposing attorney was responsible for drawing up a few documents throughout the case. Due to Katherine's diligence, each document was return for corrections to be made even though the particular issues were agreed upon in advance. Katherine was very careful to protect my interests for my future as there were some financial issues that could have been painful for me had I not been protected. As it turned out, my ex decided to take me back to court to try and speed up some financial matters still out standing, ( we had a house that we were trying to sell and we weren't getting offers that met our best interests). Katherine was very diligent to be sure that if we came to a settlement that my interests weren't damaged wrongfully. Katherine helped me to understand the guidelines/laws surrounding divorce which allowed me to better prepare myself for the outcome. In the end, I came through the experience with out the very bad taste a lot of men get from a divorce. I would call Katherine in a heartbeat if I ever needed an attorney in the future.
