I have known Ms. Elford for many years, having served with her on a collegiate board. She is the consummate professional, driven and fierce, while maintaining a wonderful sense of humor and real-world practicality. Ms. Elford is a credit to the legal profession and I can't recommend her highly enough... to anyone in need of strong legal representation.

Katherine Elford helped me in a case where my former employer withheld my last paycheck as well as my remaining vacation pay, (because I refused to sign a contract stating that I would not sue him due to sexual harassment). She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, savvy, no-nonsense and works h...ard to make sure that the end result is beyond expectations. My end result was that I received the monies due to me by the end of that week without having to sign anything or to ever set foot in a courthouse.
