Katharina was recommended to me by another lawyer who had done some work for me in the past, because she had more experience in the field in which I had a problem- employee fraud. I had hired a woman as my assistant / bookkeeper/ office manager at my very small business, who ended up embezzling from ...me, and also costing me a lot of money by being totally incompetent. To make a long story short, after my new bookkeeper and I fully documented what had happened, K wrote a scary letter to my ex-employee, who promptly admitted having done it... in large part due to Ms. Martinka's expertise the whole resolution went incredibly smoothly, and I was very promptly re-imbursed not only the embezzled amount but all of my expenses around resolution, and damages for all the late fees, interest, etc. which she had cost me from having consistently failed to file tax forms correctly.
