I retired in November, 2025 after 32 years of legal practice in Employment, Intellectual Property, Corporate and Real Estate law. I counseled Executives in transition, as well as Boards, CEOs, CFOs and business leaders of privately and publicly held companies throughout their business life cycles.
I am currently an inactive member of the California and Arizona Bar Associations.
