Kassandra Denice Mcquillen

I worked with Kassandra on behalf of my mom and dad who own a small plot of land in the Mohave desert. She is extremely knowledgeable in the area of representing landowners in negotiating lease agreements with wind energy companies. She was even quoted in the Los Angeles Times for her experience,... which indicates to me that she is the expert in the field. I am a licensed real estate agent and had spoken with a real estate attorney friend about this contract. I have years of experience negotiating deals involving real estate and otherwise. I was able to negotiate better terms with the wind energy company on my own, but there were still some issues of concern that I could not get them to budge on. When Kassandra came on board, she was extremely aware of and familiar with those issues, and and was able to make the wind energy company move on these issues in our favor. That was our #1 concern--protecting our rights to the land without giving away any piece of it to the land energy company. The #2 concern was money, and she was able to get us more money. She also got our attorney fees reimbursed, so her services were free to us. She is very down to earth, an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm very glad I hired her.
