Justin Schorr Dinsdale

I called Justin Dinsdale to help me with a warrant i had... Everything moved really quick considering I no longer lived in the county I had the warrant in... Court was handled same day- took about 2 hours and my assault charge w/bodily injury was dismissed... I hired him and he is worth every penny!!...! He fought hard for me and my family like we were his own! I recommend him all the time! Thank you again!

I was arrested a year ago and charged with a very serious felony. After 6 weeks in custody, I was assigned Mr. Justin Dinsdale. My family told me that he had a great write up on the internet and several positive comments. I took comfort in this and looked forward to having good representation. He ...visited a week later he said just to meet me and let me know what was ideally going to happen. Then nothing. Dinsdale disappeared. Justin went into hiding and never returned a single phone call from any of my family, EVER. In fact, he did not even have an office or a secretary, just a cell phone that he often does not answer. I wrote letters from jail repeatedly asking him to visit me, and talk with me. By now, I was in jail for months and NO JUSTIN DINSDALE. By the time, I finally got to my FIRST court hearing Dinsdale stated talking to me about a plea bargain. He said that I was going to have to; these are his words, “going to have to do some Penn Time partner.” Then he added maybe just 4-5 years. I could not believe it. He had my case now for months and new no more than he did after talking with me 3 months ago, and when I complained about this he said “sorry dude I have 4 other clients in court this morning so I’m kind ‘a busy”. Long story short, I fired Dinsdale. Got a real lawyer and my case was DISMISSED. If I had kept Dinsdale, I would be in prison now and a felon for life. Therefore, it is simple. If you want to LOSE and go to prison – hire Dinsdale. If you want to receive excellent legal representation – Stay far, far away from Justin Dinsdale.

Best money I have spent this year. My driver operating and 18 wheeler and flatbed, was sited, given an out of service, and received multiple violations. Mr. Dinsdale represented my driver and my company and had all charges dismissed. Mr. Dinsdale was there for my family as if he were fighting for his own! He never ignored one phone call or missed one meeting or court appearance. He genuinely helped my family through a very hard situation. I would go to him again and recommend him to anyone that wants a lawyer that will go above a...nd beyond to defend their case. I watched the court appointed attorneys and no offense to any of them but they just seemed to go through the motions. Mr. Dinsdale reviewed our case over and over and came up with some very creative, specific and helpful arguments and was sussessful in getting our case dismissed.

I hired Mr. Dinsdale to handle 2 easy expungements 12 months ago and he never came through. I would call him frequently to see where we were on my case and it was as if we were speaking for the first time, every time! I paid him almost $4k and he took every penny and did nothing. I finally had to ...hire someone else to do what I asked. When i asked him to return any unused funds and to provide me with an itemized list of his work, CRICKETS.. He reused to give me anything. Not even the itemized statement. That was alot of money for me to come up with so fair warning. There are other great attorneys who are ethical, but Dinsdale is not one of them. I'm very dissapointed.
