Julie Healy was my lawyer in a case where I was wrongfully accused. She gathered the evidence and was diligent with her investigation into what actually happened on the day I was arrested. We went to court in Alfred, Maine. I had been arrested in Wells 4 months prior. The first time we went to a di...spositional hearing, Julie negotiated a plea with the DA. We decided I did not want to take it. I did not want to plead guilty to something I did not do. Julie agreed this was a case she court take to a trial. I was confident she could win in court. She then hired an investigator, subpoenaed my Doctor as well as my girlfriends Doctor and prepared for trial. On the day of jury selection she was able to negotiate an arrangement with the DA where nothing would be on my record. This took several hours of back and forth with the DA and then judge. I appreciated her hard work and I wont give up attitude.
