The best thing I can say about Julie and her coworkers is that they are very good communicators. I don't expect everything to go perfectly. But I do expect good communication whether good news or bad. Julie and Holly get an A+ in that category. Also, their website is very straightforward. They have a cost list that is very accurate. The fees were very reasonable for their efforts and I'll use them ag...ain if I need to. I highly recommend them if you're a landlord seeking past due rent or other issues with your tenants.

When I met with her to consult about my legal situation, she was very abrupt with answers, sounded annoyed and even cursed twice. I don't know how Julie is able to maintain clientele or keep a law license with this type of behavior but I would not hire her for any reason. I left the meeting more frus...trated about my situation then before I met her. Be warned, this is not a pleasant individual nor polite.
