High Integrity!

Josh has been representing me civilly for most of 2018. He has been attentive, courteous, and timely in communication. He has positioned us for success with extremely fair fees. I highly recommend Josh and his team at St Augustine Law Group!

Trustworthy, excellent attorney

I had an emergency legal situation that required an immediate response and guidance. Joshua S. Smith, Esq. provided both with professionalism, care, and legal knowledge that beneficially informed my critical decisions. I have used a few attorneys for mine and my husband’s legal issues, even (arguab...ly) a top lawyer nation-wide, but exorbitant lawyers are not always there for your best discretion. After they sign the retainer and receive payment, they don’t have time and best opinions for you. Mr. Smith is by far the best, so I happily nested to his affiance to bring resolution to my case. He caringly applied his skill to smooth particularly expressed concerns, poignantly exhibiting his dedication to their easing. He spent his personal time to investigate and even found improbable witnesses. True to his promise to me when I initially met him to take my case that, “he will always be there anytime I call (even if I’m far-flung)”, I can easily to reach him anytime. Besides his caring, Mr. Smith does his job very efficiently, and same can be said of his entire office. He uses his legal knowledge adeptly to deal my case beyond my expectation, unlike other lawyers, whom we have had to make several phone calls to ask for one request, maybe or may not get response. Overall, he is excellent! I would recommend highly. Definitely I trust him, and will hire him again if needed.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education

  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
