I have extensive experience in handling complex commercial litigation in both Federal and State Court. In addition, I have seen numerous arbitration matters through to completion.

My experience encompasses all aspects of business litigation, from preliminary injunctions to trials and appeals. I have considerable experience in complex class actions arising from price fixing, consumer fraud and securities fraud. In that context, I have opposed motions for class certification in multimillion dollar class actions and have also worked on motions for both preliminary and final approval of large class action settlements.
