I would NOT recommend him AT ALL
I went to Mr McCloud because he was referred to my by a mutual friend who was trying to help him establish clientele. I subsequently referred my mother-in-law to him and my grandmother to him based on my friend's recommendation. BIG MISTAKE! We all have had the same experience... unreturned calls... ...
