mr. martin was my court appointed attorney and that is how he treated me. like a pawn case. my case was simple but he did not want to help me. he barely contacted me throughout the process and very negative. instead of helping prove my innocence and/or justification he would recommend a plea and me n...ot completely understand that it was a permanent thing. i feel he could have done way more to help me and failed.

I am from out of state and received a speeding ticket while passing through Nitro. I then completely forgot about it until after the court date on the ticket had passed. After realizing I forgot about the ticket I completely panicked and began looking for a lawyer in the area where I got the ticket a...nd eventually contacted the Martin Law firm.
