Joshua P. Harrison from Lee, Gober & Reyna Law Firm represented me in a personal injury claim. I don't believe anyone willingly enters a relationship with the intent to go to trial. Unfortunately, it was obvious from the beginning that taking my case to trial was the only way for me be compensated ...for all my out-of-pocket expenses, medical bills, therapy, treatment and loss of wages. Our case then went to mediation. During Mediation, the atmosphere was relaxed and stress free. Joshua knew what my goals were and he stayed true to our purpose. With every counter-offer from the other party Joshua held steady focused on our position and made sure the mediator communicated that with the other party. Our mediation ended with an offer that Joshua and I mutually agreed on. Two weeks later the other party agreed, and a Settlement was accepted by us and the other party. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision. At no point did I allow anyone to make decisions for me. Joshua made it clear from the beginning that his role was prepare me so that I would make the decisions which were right for me. I learned quite a bit about the legal process of a personal injury trial.
