Joseph is a kind, unassuming, humble man. A man of few words, but when spoken, powerful words. I am grateful to have had him represent us in a difficult eviction case on Mon. 10/9/17. That morning, Joe respectfully stood before the Judge, explained the issues, quoted the appropriate Statue to back... them up and to our surprise, the Judge disagreed. He clearly didn't get it. So, back and forth they went, over and over again. Words quietly spoken, but, without changing the tone of his voice, Joseph was unflappable. He did not back down. Finally, with a little gentle persuasion, the Judge got it. Clearly, Joseph was right. There had never been any doubt about that. The Judge ruled, we prevailed and it was over. But, outside the courtroom, there was no celebration, no high fives, or words of congratulations. Satisfied that he'd done his job, Joe quietly and with great dignity, took his leave. This is my definition of a truly great man. A gifted attorney with a brilliant mind and a gentle, beautiful soul. He is truly one in a million. Mr Valenti, took on a case for my husband and I.14 yrs ago and it was about illegal eviction He also took my friends case when the same reality co.Tried to do the same to him.He informed all of us that he would sue them for 3 times the amount.we won.He also helped me when my landlord try to evict me ...for giving a 30 day notice.I didn't have to go to court, we settle what they said we owed and the case was dismissed.
