Joseph Daniel Mirabella

I hired Mr Mirabella for my niece who was fighting her estranged husband for full custody and no visitation plus an order of protection. It was Joe against three well known Suffolk County attorneys and he ate them up and spit them around the courthouse, much to my glee. He is honest, fair and a good... lawyer. We just hired him again to handle support and after that, divorce. He's the best.

Mr. Mirabella got me (the father) custody of my now 8 year old son from his abusive and neglectful mother. Her parents were also fighting for custody at this trial and Mr. Mirabella discredited them on the stand for not stopping the abuse and neglect that was going on with their knowledge. I also had... a problem with the CPS social worker who stated to me "...the grandparents have more to offer my son than i do..." because they live in an expensive home and have a ton of money. Whereas I rent an apartment and work hard everyday doing manual blue collar labor to provide for my family. When Joe speaks in the courtroom everyone hears it. He is stern, smart, and knows everything there is to know about family law. I was amazed watching him in the courtroom when the grandparents' attorney would try to make the mother and the grandparents look like saints, and when it was his turn to speak he brought them down in a reign of fire. After I received Sole custody of my son we than went after his mother for Child support. Once again, his wisdom and stature in the court room awarded my son and I a nice weekly payment through the CSEB. I still use Mr. Mirabella to this day for child support because my son's dead beat mom hasn't been paying...
