Joseph John Michael Lombino

Mr. Lombino represented me in what should have been a simple divorce. He dragged it out, to the tune of over $21,000 and ultimately was asleep at the wheel during the Settlement Hearing. My ex told me he and his attorney laughed at how stupid he was, giving up my pension and more than they had origin...ally offered not to fight for!

I retained Mr. Lombino when my spouse and I separated. Mr. Lombino stretched the divorce process out over a period of 2+ years, billing me for every insignificant action/phone call/ etc. that occurred along the way. He definitely did not try to get me a fair settlement, nor did he expedite the nego...tiations with the opposing attorney. My ex-husband and I were initially civil, but Lombino's dragging feet and inattention to the issues became an annoyance for all of us. In the end, Lombino attended a Mediation with me, but was more interested in being buddies with the mediator and my husband's lawyer than helping my case. Very unprofessional. Issues we'd gone over for months were forgotten. My husband received over $200,000. more in assets than me. Lawyer fees for a 'simple divorce' : $20,000.+ Most expensive mistake of my life:Hiring Lombino.
