After meeting with him he assured us we had a good case and would file necessary paperwork. After numerous calls to be told he wasn't in or off. This went on for weeks. Finally he decided though email that due to the number of clients he was unable to take on the case. I was confident at first. Joes talked a good game. I called the office after not hearing anything in about 90 days. I didn't get a call back in 3 business days. What did get was an email and a letter in the mail stating that my information was reviewed and that the firm wouldn't be able to handle my ...case due to the volume of cases they receive. I emailed the firm and called back because I had questions. I wanted to know what had been done. I have yet to receive a response. If they couldn't take mt case why not say so at the initial consultation?
