After consulting with several local Bankruptcy attorneys in Gainesville, and 2 refusing to take my case, and others wanting to charge me just to review the means test and then determine if they would take the case, and charge me more, I met with Joe, and I decided to let Joe handle my case. From th...e beginning I knew that my case was not going to be an easy case, Joe met with me and walked me through the process, and was very honest and upfront that my case was not a simple case, and there could potentially be challenges, however he also took the time to explain that should certain challenges arise, how they would be handled and what the potential outcomes would be. I appreciated that Joe did not just tell me what I wanted to hear, and was upfront with the difficulties my situation presented. Once I retained Joe, he took care of everything else. He filed all the paperwork, and took the time to answer all my questions, and was able to successfully obtain my discharge. Also I want to point out as one of the horror stories I kept finding in my initial search for the correct attorney, was the report that attorneys sometimes do not show up at the meeting of creditors. I will say that with Joe I never had this worry, and that at my meeting of creditors I was not left hanging and alone to do it by myself. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney to make the time and meet with Joe. He is by far one of the most reasonably priced attorney in Gainesville, and gets the job done.
