Unfortunately, due to some lingering health issues, I have been forced into premature retirement. I had brain surgery on June 14, 2024, and it now appears that I will have to end my 38 year career of assisting consumers protect their rights going forward into the future. Please understand that Bankruptcy is a complex area of the law.
