Jordan Lee Walbesser

Jordan's practice focuses on contracts, licenses, and intellectual property. He negotiates and reviews digital, marketing, and product development independent contractor agreements. As in-house counsel, he assists various business units with legal issues relating to application, video game, and website development and distribution. With his technology experience, Jordan drafts and reviews end user license agreements for software applications and font licensing. Part of his role includes responsibilities for various marketing, influencer, sponsorship, and promotional agreements as well as assisting recruiting services and managing corporate staffing agreements.

Before and during law school, Jordan was a computer engineer at a Fortune 100 semiconductor technology company, where he developed carrier-grade telecommunications software and equipment, established an enterprise engineering-management software system, and assisted in-house counsel to strengthen and diversify the company's global patent portfolio. Jordan spent nearly seven years at Buffalo's largest and most prestigeous law firm in their world-class intellectual property group. As an experienced computer engineer, Jordan is intimately familiar with software, open source, cloud computing, and social media issues.
