Mr. Samuel did not analyze and comprehend the facts in my case to come to a logical and fair ruling. He appears to apply personal biases and emotions to come to his final rulings. He did not account for the intent of the parties when the agreement was made as well as made assumptions of what the doc...ument should have said (versus what it actually said) before making judgement. I would not recommend him for arbitration or for general counsel.
