On New Year's Eve I made the mistake of deciding to drive home from a friend's house after having a few glasses of wine and a glass of champagne. Shortly after midnight I was pulled over, failed the breathalyzer, and was arrested for OUI. I had no prior offenses and a clean driving record. I honestly don't know where I would be now, had he not been there for me throughout this entire ordeal. I now have my hardship license and will get my permanent license back in the next few days. Because of the way we plead, this will drop off my criminal record one year from the date of the arraignment and I will not have to worry about it showing up on criminal background checks, etc. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for knowledgeable and responsive attorney.
