You cannot just write letters to the judge you have to set a formal hearing.

it is possible. you have to file a motion to vacate the alimony award and allege and prove fraud upon the court.

You should use a private process server. The sheriff office doesn't try very hard.

He is entitled to time sharing with the child. You will have to petition the court for that.

It is A LOT easier to just get a divorce. Also you consummated the marriage so you do not qualify for an annullment.
IS A DIVORCE DECREE INVALID IF THE NAME ON THE DECREE IS SPELLED WRONG?
