The fathers have no rights until such time as they enforce them. However you should file your cases to enforce your own rights to full custody.

If you violated an injunction when it was in place then you could get into trouble. If you want to have it lifted then you have to file a motion...

Grandparents have no rights in this State. If they do not have some type of Court Order then file for a restraining order against them.
