Not married to the father and he himself does not live in FL so yes you can move no problem.

Not sure why you are going after child support from a guy in prison but yes you can do that and he will get zero contact with the child. Zero.

Your ex has to get your written permission or file a petition with the court to relocate. She cannot just move. If she files a case then for sure...

You should still let the children visit with him despite his actions. Otherwise they will perceive that they did something wrong.

The ex is still liable on the lease however he is entitled to get a divorce as it only takes one party to obtain a divorce.
