Even if he makes a lot of money you have to pay child support. Not sure if the court will approve your agreement, child support is not your money...

You have to contact the State Attorney and request the court that the charges be dropped. However it is not entirely up to you.

Question not clear. So long as you are not doing anything illegal your paramour can surround her kids with whomever she wants.

If you are enforcing an existing order then file a motion to enforce there is no statute of limitations per se but do not procrastinate.
