He cannot just quit, the court will impute to him the average income for the past year.
I live in florida can they take all my settlement to pay back my child support or just a percentage ofit I owe about 6000.00

If it is a personal injury case settlement then potentially all of the support monies owed will be taken from the settlement.

Anything you do has to be approved by the State Attorney and the Court. Giving your parents custody is an option.

It is preferred that both parties be at the mediation in person. If someone is going to appear by phone it should be worked out in advance.
