Workers' comp case-Very dissapointed
Failed to set me up with a second opinion after a Low disability rating was given. Neglected to submit required WC doctors report and set me up with a new doctor when my doctors would no longer see me. Committed to set me up with a psych doctor numerous times and never did. Unprepared.

Garcia whose main office is in Beverly Hills and not to me, John R. Garcia, whose office is in Chula Vista. Unfortunately it is hard to address your comments without knowing who you are and the specifics of your case. Under Workers’ Compensation laws enacted since 2008, there are restrictions on what physicians may treat an injured worker, what treatment may be performed, how a low disability rating can be rebutted, etc. Being a certified specialist and having practiced Workers’ Compensation for over 35 years, I pride myself on my staff and my representation of injured workers. I always tell clients to contact me if they have concerns regarding their treatment/case.
