After he received my payment, he became impossible to reach. I was unable to reach Atty Borland by phone, email, mail. He never replied to any of my calls or emails, he did not even call me after I wrote him a certified letter. He still has not returned my documents which has hurt my case tremendousl...y. Some of the documents I left him were originals & I cannot get him to return them. He is never in his office, so I am unable to pick up my documents from him, & no one ever answers the phone, nor returns any of his calls! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a professional
