Joel E. Henry

With a blend of unique qualifications (PhD in Computer Science and a JD), I work in the areas of e-discovery and early case assessment using both technical and traditional tools. My experience crosses all areas of IT Law including contracts, licensing, computer forensics, and legal arguments surrounding technology in litigation. My wide and deep range of knowledge, skills, and experience give me the ability to work with lawyers, technical staff, clients, and the judiciary. My background also includes a proven history of commercially focused research and development, including strong project management and leadership skills. However, my strongest attributes may lie in the ability to work with a wide variety of people and the strong work ethic I bring to every task.
