Joel Daniel Demant

   Joel Demant grew up in the San Joaquin Valley. As the son of a pastor, Joel learned early on that people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, especially during difficult times. As a lawyer, Joel now strives to provide affordable and effective representation to each and every client so that they can get back to living their lives as quickly as possible.  Joel’s excellence in advocacy and his desire to help people in need led him to focus his practice on criminal law.

   Joel has worked in both the District Attorney and Public Defender Offices in three different Counties and so knows both sides of the criminal law. Having worked on both sides of criminal law, Joel is uniquely knowledgeable about the District Attorney’s goals and motivations and uses his experience from both sides of the law to more effectively represent his clients. Additionally, his work with the Public Defender has broadened his knowledge based to include the finer points of criminal defense.
