I previously wrote a good bit about the amazing skill and dedication I obseveed as Ms. Autry defended me in my first court appearance. I had occasion to go back before the same judge, due to complications in my probation. I never spoke with Ms. Autry prior, however she attended and again defended me ...before the same Judge. I was (very pleasantly) shocked to see her willingness to continue defending me although she had no responsibility to do so. I also noticed a great rapport between her, the Judge, and my excellent Probation Officer. Ms. Autry quickly clarified the situation, and I believe I may owe her again for my freedom, Her communication style, her seeming natural gift as an exceptional arbitrator and communicator, simplifying complex issues and her extremely positive representation of my character resulted in a pretty-much ideal outcome for me! Additionally, she even tried a gambit, based on real facts concerning my behavior and achievements, and medical challenges that I am facing that the judge drop the rest of my probation. THat is what I would describe as 'going ot on a limb' for a client! Although the judge was not willing to drop the remainder of my probation "yet", I was awed by the focus and ambition she showed in trying to help me to the utmost extent possible. I highly recommend Ms. Autry for legal representation in criminal matters. She is very knowledgeable about the options available for young people who make mistakes and find themselves facing criminal charges. She kept us informed on each step she took to assure a positive outcome, and I believe she ...aggressively sought fair treatment for him and worked with the prosecutor to that end. Jessica Autry was an EXCELLENT attourney. At my initial court date I chose Pre-Trial Diversion. Due to financial problems I was not capable of completing what was required. Due to mental/emotional conditions, I felt incapable of dealing with it once I missed probation and my Probation Officer didn't ...return my call. I had no idea what to do, so I did nothing. Thankfully, Ms. Autry was proactive in my defense. I wish I would have called her as soon as I realized that there was conflict in my completing the requirements. She worked EVERYTHING out with the prosecutor assigned to my case. My case is now dismissed and they even graced me with expongement still. I am extremely thankful for Attorneys like Jessica.
