Jessica was hired by a non profit program to represent me in a civil suit against me. Her along side with another lawyer did an extraordinary job. Being as though this was my first time dealing with any kind of judicial problems, they made sure I knew and understood EVERYTHING that was going on. Jessica was hired to assist our non-profit with completing and filing the Articles of Incorporations, By-laws and the 1023 document to apply for 501 c(3) status. The process was very tedious however she walked me through it step by step. Each time we met she was prepared with the documents I needed t...o sign and she informed me of the next step before it happened. Throughout the entire process if I did not understand something she made me feel comfortable with asking her questions. As a result of Jessica's hard work we received our 501 c(3) status.
