I am a construction attorney with Reaves, PLLC in Chesapeake, Virginia. I help owners who did not receive the construction services that they bargained for and contractors and subcontractors who have not been paid. This includes filing mechanic's liens, lawsuits and bond claims. I have worked on cases big and small, including representing homeowners for work on their homes to large contractors who did work at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, Dulles Airport, the Pentagon and Tysons Corner Center Mall. Additionally, I have represented clients from numerous trades, including: site work, electrical, mechanical, MEP design, pile installation, window installation and various finish trades.
