We hired Jesse to prepare for us a form commercial lease agreement. He estimated the cost to be no more than $X and eventually he charged us close to double. Not only that but , on the last moment we realized that he did a material mistake with commencement of lease that could have cost us tens of th...ousands of $. When we came to discuss future services he was very rude, he was complaining that we did not give him notice so he could prepare himself (although it was ONE INVOICE )- and when he realized that we were charged almost double his own estimate he start yelling at us saying that his 4 daughters are waiting for him at home and that he does not want us as clients any more - yes, as simple as that. I must say here that he did admit his mistake on that lease that he drafted and was "kind" enough to email us a corrected version. The mistake he did was hard to believe - commencement of lease was "LATER OF 90 days after Delivery Date or Tenant opening for business" instead of Earlier of.... with his version of LATER OF tenant could get occupancy without paying rent for unlimited time! The price we paid was substantially more than the quote we got from him prior to hiring him and the attitude was insulting as we have NEVER EXPERIENCED before. I would never recommend Jesse and I think he harms his firm that says that they take pride in their reputation and consistently deliver excellent work product , a high level of professionalism, client responsiveness, quality advice and cost effectiveness - NONE OF WHICH WE GOT IN OUR EXPERIECE WITH JESSE - ALL WE GOT WAS THE OPPOSITE - VERY COSTLY, non professional, very low level- mistaken work product (material mistake !) . What a shame! He NEVER even bother to apologize for his mistake. Very arrogant !
