Jerry began his legal career practicing civil and appellate litigation, including both business and administrative law; and representing both private and business clients at the state and federal level. Jerry has practiced in several counties throughout Central and North Florida. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Warren & Skaggs, Jerry was general counsel for a multi-million dollar financial services company focused on securities and federal tax law compliance.
