I did all the work on the interrogatories and affavadavit. He told me the hearing was a formality and I could pa...rticipate by phone since i live out of state All he kept saying at the hearing to the judge was "how do you know????". Instead of presenting the evidence (because he failed to review it). Paid $10,000 and was told by the next attorney he should be sued for malpractice. He was also in cahoots with the opposing council.

I wish we had done our homework and reviewed this attorney before we decided to throw our money away. He is unprofessional, unreliable, and not credible. He has an answer for every lie you catch him in, but if you were to confront him again on a different day with the exact same question, he will in...deed provide you with a different answer.
