Should be disbarred for ill preparation and misrepresentation of the facts of the case. Assigned all work to a junior associate and had no idea what the facts were in front of the judge. I did all the work on the interrogatories and affavadavit. He told me the hearing was a formality and I could pa...rticipate by phone since i live out of state All he kept saying at the hearing to the judge was "how do you know????". Instead of presenting the evidence (because he failed to review it). Paid $10,000 and was told by the next attorney he should be sued for malpractice. He was also in cahoots with the opposing council.
