I found him through a site that matched me with him , only later did i test the site only to find he pops up as the match for anyone/ anything so long as youre in the bay area. At the time I saw that his name came up for areas of law unrelated to custody court/guardianship case...i guess if the money...'s right, he'll play the part ..the problem I have is that he lacks the experience and/or wont do the work. Both IMO. I apologize for the length in advance. Not only is he unprofessional (he messaged me on facebook messenger (which I never gave him the info for) telling me i looked like a "young angelina jolie" which obviously isn't bad in and of itself, but what attorney says that to a client!?? way to make a woman feel uncomfortable.) He also said things like "I'll never waste your time by filing papers that you are capable of filling out..I'll only charge you for the work i do and i have an online system where you can log in & see all the work that I've done." He also said he has handled a case like mine, but I should've pressed him for more info. I just didnt because he seemed like a trustworthy person. Obviously I have paid the price for that mistake. Needless to say I never saw that online system & he later (after asking him what work he did) complained about me filing papers. Unless you want to have to hire a lawyer for a lawyer, steer clear of this snake. 1.False Promises- After personally contacting a private investigator to potentially help me , the PI told me that i must not have an attorney with any experience because if he knew anything, he'd know that no one would give me what I was asking for due to the way the laws are set up. I got worried & called him- he reassured me the info i was given was wrong. Turns out (after i asked a judge for more info) the PI was right. 2. Poor or No Records -Will provide you with a bill but zero explanation for what he did. I have asked numerous times & to this day have not seen his explanation of what he did. Other than him texting me back with the demeanor of a supportive friend....& hopefully reading the case files I had already filed when I hired him (we never discussed them so maybe he didnt), the only other time I can think of that involved his time was a 5-10min time frame where I asked him to be available in case theyd let him appear in court for me by phone. Within a couple minutes i communicated to him it was a no go. 3. I never met him - He was in SF I was in Santa Cruz. Only once (& after the weird fb msg) did he say he was in my area due to a case & texted me asking if i wanted to do lunch. It was not planned , also his text was super casual & a little off putting, so i chose not to go. meeting was not incredibly important to me, but be aware if u are out of county 4. He never appeared for me, & never filed anything on my behalf. He would answer my questions via text, but one question I asked was if what the PI said was true, & he gave me the wrong answer. I am pretty sure he just didnt know the answer, because the way the law is written makes you think its a possibility.Two judges have since told me that its not- and that no judge in CA would allow it. 5. His rate is 250-300 hourly, my detainer was 2500 and I believe i got 1000 back. Given that our interactions were comprised of only texts and a couple 5 min calls (not including the hour long consult, which was free) wheres the $1500 of work?I asked him, & to this day hes never told me or bothered to send any explanation. All I have is the receipt, which basically states 2500 - 1500 = 1000. After asking several times to explain what he did, he told me if I continued to bother him he would take legal action. If its not obvious already, we never made it to the courtroom for the hearing he was hired for. Thats why I asked him for the partial refund and when i saw the situation for what it was. Suffice to say that was pretty disheartening,i cried my eyes out.... please dont let that be you.

I really dont know where to start but my situation can go on forever. One thing I will say is that when I felt hope less and felt that I was alone and that I would never see the day of light . Jeremy helped me get through this in the best way he could . Hes young and may not look like all these olde...r attorneys but dont let the looks fool you hes one smart young man and has a good heart . I was un patient at times and dismt understand why things were happening the way they did but I got custody back of my 2 children and he really spoke up for me when I needed him too my situation was frustrating and to be honest I'm tired of it too my ex husband just does not know when to stop and move forward and co parent but one thing for sure is that I am confident and happy and feel more content now that things are back to normal it feels.good to see my children happy and be back home . Jeremy worked with me in payment plans and he continues to help me and gives me a flat rate and no hidden fees or charge extra fees like other attorneys I've had in the past . If anything I wish I would found him earlier maybe my ex husband would of backed off a long time ago if Jeremy would of been my original attorney. Hes one dependable guy and I would really recommend him to anyone who needs his help . Also what made this situation alot easier was taking parenting classes before the judge orders you to do it trust me by doing this the judge will be amazed by you taking the Initiative to seek help and guidance and especially co parenting classes will help with the process as well Jeremy Recommended them and so I took them and by the time i had court. Just put it this way the judge ordered my ex husband to those classes and i had to do none simply because i did them on my own with out court ordering me to do so .... Jeremy was pretty smart about that one and i truly appreciated his help because with out his support and guidance I would of never won custody back . Thank God for Jeremy

I was referred to Jeremy by a friend that also hired him to help with a child custody dispute. He was amazing and kind! I am filled with dread thinking about fighting over my children, but he helped me feel in control. I hired him to put together a petition to modify my child custody agreement, an...d to represent me in court. It was great to have a professional, respected attorney with me, and he knew the judges and other attorneys! Jeremy's super smart and responsive and I felt like he took all my craziness and put together a perfect filing. He was always really patient with me, and I felt better after talking to him. It was really affordable, and he offered a payment plan. Can't recommend enough!
