I cannot say enough great things about Jeremy Alm. He did such an outstanding job. He was both professional and passionate about my case kept my mind at ease but was also completely straight forward with me and kept me centered. I called Clausen & Hassan to speak with an attorney to obtain some legal advice about a situation I was in. I already had an attorney and I had already reached out to other attorneys for a second opinion. When I called the operator patched me through to Jeremy and he spent more than 30 minutes on t...he phone, providing me with a wealth of useful information. I felt much better about my situation once the conversation with him ended. Jeremy has knowledge beyond his years. You can ignore the fact that he hasn't been practicing law for that long. Based on my conversation with him he seems to know more than most of the more experienced attorney's I've spoken with. He was able to answer all of my questions with precision. Jeremy took my case and immediately helped. He was caring, honest and always answered my questions. I never had to ask him to respond an...d he always followed up with me. Even when there was a lull in our case waiting for dates to come up, he reached out to me and asked how I was doing. He always helped me make good decisions and I always ran everything past him. When he started working on my case I could tell I had an advocate that cared and a true partner in this huge, life changing ordeal. I honestly believe that Jeremy is the reason why I'm able to move forward with my life. He helped me make some very difficult decisions that made positive impacts in my life. I know that without his help and honest guidance, I would have made poor decisions that would have negatively affected the outcome. Jeremy kept me on track, in the right mindset and moving forward.
