Jeremiah N Johns

Jeremiah is a trial attorney with significant experience in the fields of insurance, business, civil, and maritime law. Prior to starting this practice, he sharpened his litigation skills while working for several Gulf South law firms where he represented Fortune 500 companies and major insurance companies in casualty, commerical, and maritime litigation. Since starting his firm, he has shifted his focus to assisting individuals and businesses in litigiation and transactional matters. 

A large focus of Jeremiah's practice is spent litigatin property damage and unfair trade practice cases. He routinely he handles property damage claims throughout the Southeast, often in claims involving allegations of bad faith, breach of contract, fraud, and deception. 

Jeremiah has also handled hundreds of maritime cases, including claims arising under the Jones Act, LHWCA, 905(b), OCSLA, and COGSA. He understands the intersection of patchwork of laws and regulations that govern the maritime industry, which he uses for great effect in assisting his clients. 

Jeremiah also provides businesses with advice for entity creation, transactions, and litigation matters.
