Ms. Weiss handled a case for my wife and me in which our homeowner's insurance company had refused to pay for repairs to and clean-up of our basement following a flood caused by the City's sewer pipe breaking. Ms. Weiss got a great result, getting my wife and I all the money that we had paid for the... repairs and clean-up plus a little bit for our trouble plus her attorneys' fees and the lawsuit costs paid for. Ms. Weiss always kept my wife and me informed about the progress of the lawsuit, and when she was negotiating the settlement, she would frequently inform us what was going on, consult with us on what we wanted the lawsuit to accomplish for us, and discuss with us our choices and the pros and cons of each. We were very, very happy. I strongly recommend this lawyer.

I had one of the worst experiences with this lawyer. She was very unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. Every time we scheduled an appointment she was either late or not at the office at all. I ended up having to terminate her from continuing to represent me because all she did was take my money ...and never really even worked on my case. I went with another lawyer who was able to resolve my case in a far more professional capacity. I would not recommend this lawyer. She often yelled at me, talked down to me and treated me very poorly. I was shocked that a lawyer would treat their client in such a manner. Please stay away from this lawyer and don't waste your time!
