Well intentioned but spineless

I hired her as a PC after my divorce. She seems to have solid training but repeatedly failed to follow through on her written decisions. Time after time she would offer a clear decision, but the offending parent wouldn't follow it, only to get away with it. This lead to more proposals needing to be... filed, costing more money, again only to have the same results over and over , and around and around we go. She also championed 'process' during the intake meeting, but didn't follow through in following and enforcing her own processes as she put forth. This leads to abuse of the PC process by one parent and confusion by the parent that follows the rules. This also leads to higher bills, and tacit rewards for the parent that disregards the PC. Overall, I think she is a very bright individual with a good heart. However, consistently failing to enforce the decisions you put in writing undermines your authority. There are some parents out there that will pick up on this and operate with complete disregard for the PC process. Without a check on that behavior, the entire process is undermined.

The Absolute Worst

Jennifer is extremely biased and is only out to make money. DO NOT use her services. She will make you jump through hoops with NO clear cut goals or reasons.

Shouldn't be making decisions about kids

Jennifer Jameson only cares about being paid and does the minimum possible. Does not know how to handle working with another parent who lies. I would not recommend working with her if you care about your kids.

Excellent choice

Jennifer Jameson Did a great job for me during my divorce process. Now that I have had to hire other lawyers for employment reasons, I realize even more how great she is. She is extremely responsive. If she can’t get back to you right away, she will tell you exactly when she will be able to. She wi...ll also tell you ahead of time when she will be busy. One of the things I appreciate most is that she will tell you the risks and rewards of pursuing something and let you make the decision. For me, where many of my concerns were financial, she made the decisions easy. Often, “winning” did not make financial sense, even when I thought I was right. I recommend you hire Jennifer. If not, you should hope your spouse does. My spouse hired someone who was inefficient, forgetful, and unresponsive, and it ended up costing me more money. I suppose if you went to court, you might want your spouse to have a bad lawyer. But in my case, it was frustrating.

Johanna

Jennifer Jameson made an incredible difference in my case. I interviewed many attorneys before I decided to hire Jennifer. She helped me over a period of 15 months. Her help was amazingly consistent - very responsive, professional, and efficient. Her efficiency can't be beat. She does exactly just wh...at is needed in each situation, nothing more and nothing less. I have saved thousands because of this well-honed ability of hers. She is compassionate and friendly, without wasting time. I highly recommend her. She delivers exactly as promised, with compassion to boot.
